Introduction

Corsair Virtuoso RGB Wireless SE

This is one of the newest headsets of Corsair and it’s called the Virtuoso RGB Wireless SE which stands for special edition. It has a really nice material mainly built out of aluminum. It’s great for playing games. It is comfortable to wear these over the shoulders or head. It also makes them feel robust. It is almost a shame that they spend most of the time on top of your head where it can’t be seen.

SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless

This is one of the best microphones for gaming. It connects to a base station that can be plugged into PS4 or PC. The right ear cup has power and Bluetooth pairing. The headset can be used with the wireless transmitter for in-game audio and also activate Bluetooth at the same time.

Sound

Corsair Virtuoso RGB Wireless SE

It has a great sound with 7.1 surround sound and it’s great for playing games because it can identify from where the opponents are coming.
The sound is crisp with nice clean highs, nice myths, and great bases but the standard setup of this headset is more of clean. It does not have strong bases and to get more bases out of it, an equalizer can be used. The microphone has good quality and works fine. The bass is convincing.

SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless

These headsets are incredibly well constructed. They have 40-millimeter drivers inside that are capable of reproducing 10 Hertz to 40,000 kilohertz.
Now those numbers may sound sort of arbitrary but they are not important for a bunch of reasons but typically this headphone will reproduce something like twenty to twenty thousand. The headset can go up to 96 kilohertz. It does sound nice. It is pretty effective.

Comfort

Corsair Virtuoso RGB Wireless SE

It has great comfort and great design. It has a good microphone but one disadvantage is that it’s quite heavy for a programmer to wear it for
several hours in a row. It might start to hurt but it is recommended if playing for one or two hours at once. The quality of the memory foam that is used is a lot to be desired. It is too spongy just too easy to depress and leaves the ear touching the ear cup. The memory foam on the headband is just there but not enough of it. So the headband gets digging into the top of the head.

SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless

The Pro-Wireless is also probably the most comfortable headset because they use the system as an airwave fabric on the ear pads and ski goggles and on the top for the headband. There’s plenty of adjustments available for the headband. There are controls on the ear cups themselves are what
you need on the ear cups not that much more. The volume wheel can sometimes get moved around when sitting on a comfy chair playing a game which is annoying but most of the time it’s fine.

Battery

Corsair Virtuoso RGB Wireless SE

The battery life of this headset is 20 hours. Overall it is a pretty good package. Anybody purchasing this would be pretty happy with it but there is one irritation. The battery life indicator that can only be found on the headset as a flashing LED. If it’s green it’s fully charged if it’s orange it’s mid charge and if it’s flashing red you need to charge it. There’s no other place to find out this.

SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless

This headset at the side to the station houses the extra battery for the pro wireless headset. It has swappable batteries. This is important for two big old reasons. One, never have to connect the headset to a cable and then sit right in front of a TV if using a gaming console in the living room so that the headset is charged. The headset will never become a paperweight in the years to follow because the sealed-in battery has finally stopped keeping any kind of charge whatsoever.

Conclusion

Corsair Virtuoso RGB Wireless SE

The headsets have a micro-perforation hence it collects dirt in it. The price is on the steep side for gaming headsets. It is well deserved and the specs look pretty good with no red flags around.

SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless

They sound better than any other gaming headset. It is the best sounding headset. The volume knob moves along with the movement of the headset
but this is a pretty minute con when compared to its other features.
